Before you request deletion
Deleting your account removes access to your SikshaAI profile, learning history, saved videos, preferences, notification tokens, and active app-specific account data.
If you have an active subscription, cancel it first from the app or the billing provider so future renewals are stopped before your account is removed.
How to request deletion
Send an email to support@sikshaai.com using the subject line SikshaAI Account Deletion Request.
Include the email address or phone number linked to your SikshaAI account. We may ask for confirmation to protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
What we delete
We delete or anonymize account profile data, app preferences, saved learning activity, watch history, feedback linked to your account, and push notification tokens.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or payment compliance purposes. Retained data is limited to what is necessary for those purposes.
Timeline
We aim to process verified deletion requests within 30 days unless a longer period is required by law or for legitimate security and compliance reasons.
